The Kiev 88 is the most well-known of the Kiev cameras. Produced by the Arsenal factory in Ukraine, the Kiev 88 was a slight revision of the Salyut which in turn was a copy of the Hasselblad 1600 F.
The Kiev 88 is best known as an inexpensive entry-level medium format SLR with some very high-quality lenses available at very low prices, primarily the Arsat lenses.
Comes as a complete kit with two film backs, both the pentaprism eyepiece viewer and waist level viewfinder, Arsat 80mm f2.8 lens, removable lens hood, and original leather camera bag.
All pieces are in excellent condition with the camera in good working order, and fresh light seals installed. Lens is sharp and clear, accessories all seem to be in good condition, and the case is in excellent shape with soft leather strap.
TTL light meter is untested due to battery compatibility.
This kit is ready to shoot and will come with a fresh roll of ilford pan 120 film so you can get shooting as soon as it arrives!

Due to the nature of vintage items being used, we cannot guarantee that any item will be in perfect working condition. Oftentimes vintage items need a bit more creativity to operate than a brand new item and can have unique quirks like a stiff button, or wiggly latch. We do our best to thoroughly test and describe the condition of every item we sell.
Returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
