This portable record player was made for use by teachers in schools and so is of much better quality than most portable record players made before or since. A heavy duty DC motor with adjustable tonearm and reversible needle so you can play 78's or flip it over to play 45's, or 33's. Also plays at 16 RPM and has a unique feature of a pause switch which stops the record abruptly.
This record player is a party machine with super loud speaker and ouput jack so you can hook up an external 8 ohm speaker to get the tunes really pumping. Cord folds up and tucks away in to a compartment on the case and has a convenient carrying handle. Cord has some cracking which can be mended with electrical tape. Unit overall appears to be in near perfect condition otherwise, except for a small chip in the paint on the tonearm.
Tested and sounds great at all speeds, except 16 RPM which we were unable to test

Due to the nature of vintage items being used, we cannot guarantee that any item will be in perfect working condition. Oftentimes vintage items need a bit more creativity to operate than a brand new item and can have unique quirks like a stiff button, or wiggly latch. We do our best to thoroughly test and describe the condition of every item we sell.
Returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
